Why eutectic? In materials science, particularly for ferrous metals, the term eutectic exists. A eutectic is a phase equilibrium of material components (alloys) characterized by the fact that the environmental conditions can only be freely chosen within a very narrow range, and, for example, the temperature at which the components transition from solid to liquid is at their lowest. This is comparable to companies that appear balanced but have lost flexibility and are no longer successful in the market. These companies need support. Solutions can include reorganization, relocation, or closure.
